Are BiteBox prepared meals fresh or frozen?
All BiteBox meals are delivered fresh, never frozen. Each meal is sealed for freshness and shipped in insulated packaging to ensure safe and chilled arrival.

How long do meals last?
Your meals will stay fresh for up to a full 6 days in the fridge after delivery.
For optimal freshness, we recommend freezing meals that won’t be consumed within 3 days.

To enjoy a frozen meal, simply thaw it in the refrigerator overnight for your next-day lunch!


Are there additional offerings other than the meals?

How do I heat up BiteBox meals?

BiteBox meals do not require any cooking. They can be easily heated up in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, or even better, warmed up in the oven. Heating instructions are provided on each package for convenience.
