How do I heat up BiteBox meals?

BiteBox meals do not require any cooking. They can be easily heated up in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, or even better, warmed up in the oven. Heating instructions are provided on each package for convenience.

What oils do we use?

Our commitment to health-conscious cooking begins with our choice of oils. We predominantly use 100% cold-pressed organic avocado oil in our meals, with some dishes featuring 100% organic extra virgin olive oil. We do not use any seed oils, choosing only the finest, premium quality oils to elevate the nutritional value of our dishes.
